For older models there are often still parts available. We make sure that parts remain in stock until ten years after we discontinue a certain models, though it might be in limited supply. A dealer can help you further with your service question.

Not directly. Our in-house technician supports the installers of our stoves but doesn’t perform maintenance for end users. The installer is responsible for your project. Your dealer – or a nearby dealer – will gladly help you get your maintenance started.
